Miniature houses – Sept 17th, 5.15-7.15pm
Miniature houses are all the rage so why not come make a two of your own design?
We’ll make these delightful houses using a slab of clay, your can cut out windows, doors etc to suit your own design. Templates will be available to use too. These look really cute lit up with a tealight inside!
Please note, these will be dipped in a clear glaze once fired and your finished piece will be creamy white, no colour is added on the day.

Kids Birdhouses, Oct 8th 4-6pm
Just in time for hibernation, it’s the kids turn to get creative with these cute little birdhouses!
They will craft the houses in clay and add decoration to bring them to life. Glazes will then be added to colour the houses.
Ready in 3-5 weeks. Suitable for 7 + yrs

Coil plates & platters, Oct 11th 10-12 noon
Make a unique planter for your home! We will be using the coil technique and you can decorate it to compliment your decor.
Pieces will be ready in 4-6 weeks. Includes instruction, clay, glaze and firings. Minimum of 5 people to run.

Birdhouses, October 17th 10-12noon
Make a cute little birdhouse for your back yard or garden. We will make the project using handbuilding techniques and you can decoration to attract the birdies!
Suitable for beginners and more advanced. Includes all materials and firings. Minimum of 4 people needed to run.

Clockmaking Workshop
Come and make a clock for your home! We run clockmaking workshops!
Want to make your very own clock for your home? Or maybe a special meaningful gift for someone?
We have a variety of designs and templates available or you can come with your own design. You wll have a piece of slab clay to work with. Once you’ve made the design, you will then decorate it with underglazes or slips to add colour and bring it to life. The workshop is 2.5 hrs in length, suitable for 12+yrs.
$135 per person. Price per person includes instruction, clay, glazes, firings and the fitting of a clock mechanism.
Pieces will be ready in 4-6 weeks. As always, there are no guarantees with pottery ( which is part of the challenge and the charm)

We understand that life gets in the way sometimes and cancellations are bound to happen. Re-advertising spaces takes a lot of time and effort.
Please read our cancellation policy below:
- A charge of 10% of total price will be charged if your space needs to be re-advertised at any point.
- Cancellations within 2 weeks will be refunded 45%. of total
- Cancellations within one week will be refunded 10% of total
- A cancellation within 72 hours will not be refunded unless YOU can find someone to fill your space
- No show, no refund will be given
- There are no make up sessions for missed sessions unless cancelled by Firing Time
We like to take photos of students having fun whilst they are working and also of finished pieces of work for marketing purposes. Please email us know if you DO NOT consent to this.
A few things to know about the class:
Classes will start at the times advertised so please arrive at least 5 minutes early to get settled in. Short fingernails work best with clay so give them a trim! Clay will be used in the session only and will not be taken home.
You’ll be contacted when your finished masterpieces are fired and ready for pick up. We can only store work for a maximum of 4 weeks due to lack of space so please pick up your work within this timeframe.
